Donations – Non-Cancellation and Non-Refund Policy

Donations made to Tamrur Politography are given voluntarily and of the donor’s own free will, with the intention of supporting the organization’s activities and advancing its public purposes, as defined in the organization’s bylaws and in accordance with applicable law.

It is hereby clarified and agreed that all donations to the organization are final and non-refundable, and may not be canceled, refunded, or returned, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to error, change of circumstances, regret, or any other claim by the donor, once the donation has been received and credited to the organization’s account.

The organization shall use the donations received in good faith, transparently, and solely for the furtherance of its objectives, in accordance with its bylaws and applicable law, and shall retain sole discretion regarding the allocation and use of donated funds, subject to legal requirements.

By making a donation, the donor confirms that they have read and understood this section and agrees that they shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against the organization or anyone acting on its behalf in connection with the donation, its use, or its non-refundability.
